Happy Bird Photography & Design

Exciting news!  I have opened a new shoppe on Etsy called Happy Bird Photography & Design.  This has been something that I have been wanting to do for sometime now.  I have always had a love of both photography and fiber arts.  Happy Bird Photography & Design is a shoppe that will have my fine art photography, fiber arts and hand-made clothing for you to purchase!

Currently the shoppe has photography, however come the end of July there were be many hand-made fiber and clothing products such as skirts, wristlets, bags, banners and more!  I am so excited to be able to share with you some of my personal artwork and fiber designs!

John's Studio Session

You may see the face in the following photos and he may look familiar to you.  John did a session with me a few months back in his home with his adorable puppies.  This session we did in the studio.  I like them - A LOT.  It was a super-fun shoot!  You will see more photos of John soon as he is the best man in the wedding I will be shooting this Saturday.

Samantha + Andrew

Last Sunday I took a drive out to Oskaloosa, IA for an engagement session with Samantha and Andrew.  The evening was beautiful with lightly clouded skies.  We met out at Andrew's parent home where their reception will be... with beautiful open fields, a wooden bridge, old gas pumps and a sweet black lab.

It was a really fun session and I'm really looking forward to this wedding in this lovely town and these sweet people.
