Linsey + Jon = Engaged!

Linsey and Jon are an adorable couple... as you can clearly see from the images below.  :)
We had a fun-filled afternoon taking engagement photos at the Des Moines Botanical Center while a Jazz/Blues concert was going on.  Then we ventured to Water Works Park to take some outdoor, snow-fill photos!

There is just something about snow that makes an image a little more dreamy...

I had such a great time with the two of you!  Thanks Linsey and Jon!  I am really looking forward to your wedding!!!

I spent an hour photographing seven 11 year old girls who were invited to a pretty cool birthday party.  The birthday party included hair and nails done at a salon and then a portrait session with me in the studio!  Fun little model session!  The girls had a blast... and OMG I did too!

While I was waiting for one of my clients at the studio to photograph one of their newly finished commissioned paintings, I took a couple of photographs of Grace.
