Our first attempt at the Nelson family's session was cut short. Our "rain date" took place a few days later and at the Natural Playscape with in Jester Park. If you've never been there, you should check it out. It's great fun for the kids with scavenger hunts, a pond and right next to buffalo and elk! It turned out to be a beautiful day, but a bit HOT!
We snapped off a few family shots, but the little 3 year old was ready to get in the pond! He was such a cute little guy... and definitely all boy. He was in the water, checking out the rocks, throwing the rocks to see how big of a splash he could get, playing with the water fountains... he was all over! Loved it!
Their little 1 year old daughter... oh my... was she AdOrAbLe!!! She had the most beautiful big blue eyes! She had the cutest little rainbow-colored tutu, which ended up getting wet in one of the fountains and coming off. She loved checking out the bison and ate a little sand. All in a one year old kid's days work! Ha!
